Here are some easy ways to help kids feel their best each day:

  • Morning Booster 🌞 – Each morning, think of one thing that makes you happy, like your favorite game or a fun family activity. It’s a great way to start the day with a positive mindset

  • Take 3 Big Breaths 🌬️ – When things feel overwhelming, taking three big breaths can help you feel calm. Try it when you’re upset or worried, and notice how it helps you feel better.

  • Talk it Out 💬 – If something’s bothering you, don’t keep it to yourself. Talk about it with a grown-up or a friend. Sharing can make you feel lighter and more at ease.

Helping others can make you feel happier, too! When you do something kind, like sharing a snack or drawing a picture for a friend, it brings joy to others—and to you! Think of one nice thing you could do today to spread happiness.
